I am pretty sure every woman known to man has experienced worry in some way shape or form. So if you think you’re alone, um you’re not! Worry can quickly rise into a severe anxiety attack if we don’t war rightly. I have experienced anxiety on multiple occasion. the type that you’re sitting there and can’t breathe bc it came on you like a wave of worry. It can be about anything! The opinions of our peers, or the people we look up to. It could be bc my 2 year old has no sense and thinks they can accomplish anything and everthing. Could even be bc you think you did something wrong. So many number of things can bring on the anxiety. I even blame the good ole hormones at times bc I get all out of wack and the edge has me well on edge. But I have the antidote of all antidotes for you! The answer to all your worry and anxiety! Ready?! GOD! He has defeated everything! Yes even worry and anxiety! Now I know I will have lots who will not agree with me but I’m not after their approval. Only His so let’s dive into this!
God’s Word sets me free every single time. It does! EVERY TIME! Like I said I’m after Gods approval not mans so I know some will say “well it only works sometimes for me”. No sister friend, it works every single time. So if it didn’t work, Keep seeking! His word is a lamp to my feet and light to my path- Psalm 119:105 nkjv. His word is Truth! “Sanctify them by Your truth. Your word is truth.”

Let me be frank, the Word is TRUTH from front to back. When we pick and choose what we want to be true and not then we cause the whole thing not to work for us. We have to believe its infallible. We are the problem not Him. So when His word says “Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you.”
1 Peter 5:7 NLT. Then DO IT! If He says, “Cast your burden on the LORD, And He shall sustain you; He shall never permit the righteous to be moved.”
Psalms 55:22 NKJV. Then it’s true!!!
Ive been meditating on Matthew 6 and it’s setting me free! “But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.”
Matthew 6:33 NKJV. Jesus Himself is talking about not worrying about what you wear or what you’ll eat. He’s saying Hey don’t worry about anything! Bc if I take care of the birds, why would I not take care of you?! He says hey seek Me first AND My righteousness and I will take care of your every need! Like, EVERY SINGLE NEED! But if we don’t seek Him first like when He says “take every thought captive and make it obedient to Christ” 2 Corinthians 10:5, and then we don’t become a doer of the word then we allow the worry to take control. We have to take every single thought and make it obey and line up with truth. we have to think on these things...
“Finally, believers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable and worthy of respect, whatever is right and confirmed by God’s word, whatever is pure and wholesome, whatever is lovely and brings peace, whatever is admirable and of good repute; if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think continually on these things [center your mind on them, and implant them in your heart]. The things which you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, practice these things [in daily life], and the God [who is the source] of peace and well-being will be with you.”

Replace Anxiety with, Lord your Word is true! And you said that I am a child of the most High and I am the head not the tail! Above and not beneath! You said I’m an Overcomer Bc He has already overcome the world! God you give peace beyond all understanding! Jesus you as the prince of Peace and you live inside me! God’s Word is filled with promises that are ready to set you free but if you don’t allow them to work for you, then you’re right they don’t work. But if you humble yourself and allow Him to reign in Victory over you and your situation. Then HE WILL! Walk out His Word! Be set free! When the enemy comes to steal kill and destroy you or your day, let the sword of the spirit pierce the lying darkness on your behalf! NOT TODAY SATAN! Get under my feet! You don’t have the authority! Christ in me
The Hope of Glory does! JESUS! There is no name above that name! That includes worry and anxiety! Proclaim His name over your worry today. 🙌🏼
